CEO & Co-founder.
Eduardo brings an extensive experience in prefabrication through factory-built projects completed during his tenure at Build Group, in collaboration with industry leaders such as Factory OS.
His expertise includes preconstruction activities such as permitting, pricing, risk management, and design coordination, supported by an MBA from Berkeley Hass.

HÉCTOR GARZA
COO & Co-Founder
Héctor brings 8 years of Californian experience in multi-family residential, commercial, and student housing construction, which he earned during his tenure at Build Group.
He was part of the founding team of Buildpeer, a leading LATAM contech startup. He also founded ADU Journey, gaining direct experience in the ADU space.
Héctor holds a Civil Engineering degree from Tec de Monterrey in México.

We are two seasoned construction professionals that, on a mission to solve the imminent housing crisis and labor shortage in California, decided to leave the corporate life at a large General Contractor called Build Group, and started building beautifully designed backyard homes, worthy of a Californian homeowner.
